The Corn Exchange has full disabled access and there is a lift to allow disabled access to the other rooms on the first floor. An induction loop system is installed for the hard of hearing.
The Corn Exchange has a polished wood floor, 1980 sq. ft. [184 sq. m.]. The room is suitable for sales events, charity events, large meetings, dinners and dances. There is a balcony (holding up to 30 people) overlooking the Corn Exchange.
All room hire charges include trestle tables and chairs as required.
The ladies, gents and disabled toilets have recently been modernised.
There is a well equipped kitchen available, and excellent public address system, and a modern flexible stage system. All these are at extra cost.
For smaller events the Town Hall (1st floor) or the Magistrates Room are ideal for all types of functions.
For a larger event, you may hire the whole complex.
